Are Plants Good for Your Skin?

As many of you have noticed, Winter is coming. Meaning many of us will be forced into our homes with heating systems. The only problem is, these heating systems are often the cause of dry skin. 
But don't worry, we have a simple solution to this problem. And that solution is plants!
Plants transpire through their leaves, meaning they lose water from their leaves which increases the moisture in the room. This simple addition to a home can go a long way towards eliminating dry skin. 
Certain plants release more humidity into the air than others. Typically plants that require more water to grow, will be best for eliminating dry skin.
