Dropshipping Policy

Dropshipping Overview

Please note the following details:
• All items are sold at wholesale prices 
• No minimum orders
• All Shipments will include a generic packing slip
• The freight charge includes packaging and labor costs
• Orders will ship in blank packaging
• We only ship within the continental United States
• For returns and exchanges, the dropshipper will be responsible for communicating with its customers directly. 

 

Confidentiality Policy

Each party agrees to protect the confidentiality of information in the same manner as it protects the confidentiality of its own proprietary and confidential information.

 

Listing & Inventory Policy

Please note the following details:

  • Our inventory is replenished every week Wednesday through Friday.
  • We can only ship items within our catalog.
  • New SKU's that are not already listed in our catalog can be submitted for approval. 
  • Approved SKU's will be available to all partners. (No Exclusive SKU's)
  • Inventory cannot be reserved for a later date.
  • Promotional add-on's for listings have to be created on the dropship partners website.
  • In the case of oversold plants, a refund will be issued.

 

Requests Policy

For all special requests:

  • Bulk import orders will be charged $10 a batch or every 100 orders.
  • Special Request & Labor additional to picking, packing, shipping, and handling will be charged $50/hr.

 

Sales & Marketing Policy

Please note the following details:

  • All additional marketing materials or inserts to be included in orders must be ready to ship upon arrival. 
  • Packing slip is generic and cannot be customized
  • Notes on orders will be printed directly onto the packing slip

 

Fees & Payment Policies

Please note the following details:

  • We do not set MAP Pricing ((Minimum Advertised Price)
  • We will collect the total fees from retailers at the time of the order. Retailers orders will not be processed unless the total fees payment clears.
  • Integrated partners will get invoiced the 1st week of each month for the previous months shipments.
  • Any payment not received by the invoice date (20th of each month) will accrue a 2% late fee for every week it is past due.
  • Dropship partners are responsible for charging and paying state sales taxes
  • If Retailer's account is overdue (except with respect to charges then under reasonable and good faith dispute), in addition to any of its other rights or remedies, we reserve the right to suspend the Service provided to Retailer, without liability, until such amounts are paid in full.

 

Product & Image Policy

Please note the following details:

  • Retailer is free to determine the price that it charges for such Products to its End Customers.
  • When listing Products, retailer may display any information or images listed about that product on our listing.
  • We encourage retailers to use in-house photos if possible to be different as others on the online marketplaces but we ask that they must accurately reflect the quality and condition of our listing. If issues occur due to pictures, we will not be reasonable for replacements and refunds. 

 

Return/Issue Policy

  

What We Cover and Don't Cover

We ensure all plants will arrive in healthy condition if ordered properly. Please note the following:

• All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
• During cold months, drop shippers will have to add a heat pack to all cold state orders. Orders that do not have heat packs added and get cold damage will not be issued a replacement or refund.
• Courier delays and lost in transit issues are not covered within our guarantee policy. 
• For plants that were damaged in shipment that don't fall within the criteria in the points above qualify for either a refund or replacement. 

 

Refund or Replacement

Please note if you ever receive a damaged shipment from us, we are only able to issue a refund for the plants them selves and not for the price of shipping. 


• To qualify please send an email of the order to info@houseplantdropship.com with a picture of the damaged item and shipping information.

•For dropship partners that are auto integrated, please use this FORM to track issue orders on a monthly basis.

• Only one replacement order will be issued. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days to process. 

• If you have any issues, please bare with us as we are small business, it may take 1-2 days during the week to get back to you and fix any problems. We appreciate all of our dropshippers.
