*******All payments must be paid by the 20th of each month, if this is paid late a 3% invoice fee will occur for every late week.
We believe many of these policies should be included on the dropshippers store as well so customers can be notified of these policies. All orders with issues should be logged onto a copy of the issue order sheet so we can mark them correctly on the shipping log:
Refund/Replacement and Shipping Policies:
- We will always have our 30 day guarantee on all live plants! If the customer notifies you of a damaged or dying plant, please send us a photo of the plant to email@example.com and we are happy to issue a replacement or a refund for this. Please note if a replacement is issued and this replacement also arrives damaged, we cannot issue a refund for this.
- We don't accept returns or refunds for any healthy plants. If the customer receives a plant that is not similar to the listing photo, please email us as soon as possible.
- If an order with multiple items has an issue, only the cost of the plant will be refunded and not the shipping. The plant price and shipping will be refunded on orders of only 1 plant.
- House Plant Dropship is not responsible for the loss of orders from couriers USPS and FEDEX
- House Plant Dropship is not responsible for undeliverable addresses and return to shipper shipments.
- We are attempting to cut down on overselling. Starting August 1st, orders that are not shipped with a certain item, that item will be refunded and the refund will be issued on the original order not the replacement order.
- If a replacement is sent, the replacement item must be of equal or lesser value than the initial order.
- If a customer is requesting an address change, we must be notified of this address change within 24 hours, if they let us know on a later date and a tracking number has already been created, we are no longer able to issue the address change.
