This Privacy Policy describes how PPC International LLC, doing business as House Plant Dropship (“PPC,” “House Plant Dropship,” “we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, discloses, sells, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from houseplantdropship.com, subscribe to our email or SMS programs, contact our customer care team, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy is issued in part to satisfy the notice-at-collection and privacy policy requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”). California residents should read Sections 10 through 13 carefully.

PPC is the “business,” as defined by the CCPA, and the data controller responsible for personal information processed under this Policy.
Our Services are hosted on Shopify Inc.’s ecommerce platform, which processes personal information in connection with operating our online store.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- houseplantdropship.com and pages on that domain, including checkout pages hosted by Shopify
- Our email and SMS marketing programs
- Our customer care channels
- Our order, fulfillment, supplier, membership, and related store services
3. Personal Information We Collect Directly From You
Account and order information. When you create an account, place an order, apply for or use account-based store features, or otherwise transact with us, we may collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, telephone number, account credentials, and related order information.
Payment information. Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers. We receive information necessary to confirm and manage transactions but do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
Communications. When you contact us, we collect the contents of your communications, your contact details, and information necessary to respond to your request.
Marketing sign-ups. If you join our email or SMS marketing programs, we collect the contact information and consent information you provide. We use Mailchimp to support email and SMS marketing and related customer interactions.
Membership and account features. Where applicable, we may collect and process information necessary to provide memberships, customer dashboards, loyalty features, wishlists, restricted account access, and related account services.
Forms and submissions. If you submit information through a form, inquiry, application, promotion, or other interactive feature, we collect the information you choose to provide.
4. Personal Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit the site, we and our third-party providers may automatically collect:
Device and connection data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language settings, internet service provider, and similar technical information.
Usage data. Pages viewed, products viewed, searches performed on the site, links clicked, referring and exit pages, date and time stamps, and interactions with the Services.
Search activity. Our onsite search and filtering functionality may process searches, product-filtering activity, and related browsing interactions.
Approximate location. Approximate location may be inferred from your IP address for purposes such as shipping eligibility, inventory availability, fraud prevention, and region-specific functionality.
Identifiers stored on your device. Cookies and similar identifiers described in Section 5.
5. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies
We use first-party and third-party cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies. Some are necessary to operate the store. Others support analytics, marketing, advertising, customer communications, and other website functionality.
5.1 Technologies Currently in Use
Strictly necessary Shopify technologies. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses cookies and similar technologies required to provide ecommerce functionality, including maintaining your cart, processing checkout, preventing fraud, maintaining sessions, remembering certain preferences, and recording privacy choices.
These may include cookies such as _shopify_y, _shopify_s, shopify_client_id, cart_currency, localization, and _tracking_consent.
Facebook & Instagram. We use the Facebook & Instagram integration through Shopify for advertising, measurement, and related Meta services. When enabled and permitted by your privacy choices and applicable law, this integration may process information about your browser or device, interactions with our website, products viewed, purchases, and related identifiers.
Our Shopify Customer Events configuration indicates that the Facebook & Instagram integration uses both web and server-side connections.
Google & YouTube. We use the Google & YouTube integration through Shopify for advertising, measurement, product listings, and related Google services. Depending on the services enabled and your privacy choices, Google may process information about your device, website interactions, products viewed, and transactions.
Our Shopify Customer Events configuration indicates that the Google & YouTube integration uses both web and server-side connections.
Mailchimp. We use Mailchimp for email and SMS marketing and related customer-event tracking. Mailchimp may process contact information, marketing preferences, website interactions, and interactions with marketing communications.

Searchanise Search & Filter. We use Searchanise Search & Filter to support onsite product search and filtering. Searchanise may process search queries, browsing interactions, and related technical information necessary to provide these features.

Store functionality. We also use Shopify applications supporting forms, memberships, customer dashboards, loyalty and wishlist functionality, promotions, upsells, inventory and back-in-stock features, order limits, shipping and tracking, supplier operations, page design, and other ecommerce functionality.
This list reflects our current review of House Plant Dropship’s Shopify applications and integrations. We review our technologies periodically and may update this section as services are added, removed, or changed.
5.2 Consent and Control
Advertising, analytics, and other non-essential technologies operate in accordance with applicable privacy choices and law.
You may manage applicable cookie and privacy preferences through controls made available on our site and through your browser settings.
We honor applicable Global Privacy Control (GPC) preference signals as required by law. See Section 11.
5.3 Facebook & Instagram / Meta
House Plant Dropship uses Shopify’s Facebook & Instagram integration, which is connected through both web and server-side customer-event technologies.
When applicable, information concerning your interaction with our Services may be transmitted to Meta, including device or browser information, website interactions, products viewed, purchases, and related identifiers.
Meta may process this information in accordance with its own privacy practices, including for advertising, measurement, attribution, and audience-related services.
Applicable advertising or data-sharing activity is subject to your privacy choices and rights described in this Policy.
5.4 Google & YouTube
House Plant Dropship uses Shopify’s Google & YouTube integration, which is connected through both web and server-side customer-event technologies.
Google may process information concerning interactions with our Services for advertising, analytics, measurement, attribution, product listings, and other Google services, depending on the features enabled.
Applicable processing is subject to your privacy choices and applicable law.
5.5 Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp to support our email and SMS marketing programs.
Mailchimp may process information such as your email address, telephone number where applicable, consent and subscription status, website interactions, marketing attribution information, and interactions with marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from applicable marketing communications using the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications.
6. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Process, fulfill, and ship orders
- Process payments, refunds, and other transaction-related requests
- Create and administer customer accounts
- Support membership and account-restricted services
- Provide customer care
- Send transactional messages, including order and shipping notifications
- Send marketing email or SMS where you have signed up
- Personalize communications where permitted
- Manage marketing preferences
- Provide inventory, back-in-stock, wishlist, loyalty, and related store functionality
- Provide onsite search and product filtering
- Manage shipping and tracking
- Operate supplier and fulfillment integrations
- Measure and improve website performance, product assortment, and navigation
- Conduct analytics, marketing, advertising, measurement, and attribution activities where permitted
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects unless separately disclosed.
7. How We Disclose Personal Information
Service providers and contractors. We disclose personal information to companies that provide services necessary to operate House Plant Dropship, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, Mailchimp, Searchanise, and providers supporting memberships, customer accounts, loyalty, inventory, supplier operations, forms, fulfillment, and related ecommerce functionality.
Advertising, analytics, and technology providers. When applicable technologies are active, identifiers, commercial information, internet activity information, and transaction-related events may be transmitted to providers including Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Facebook & Instagram integration and Google through the Google & YouTube integration.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, certain disclosures may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for purposes such as cross-context behavioral advertising.
Suppliers and fulfillment partners. Because House Plant Dropship operates supplier and fulfillment-related services, we may disclose information necessary to process, fulfill, ship, and manage orders.
Corporate transactions. Personal information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or successor terms.
Legal. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or lawful requests by public authorities; to enforce our terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of PPC, our customers, or others; or to investigate fraud or wrongdoing.
With your direction. We may disclose information where you direct or request us to do so.
We do not disclose customer lists to third parties for their own independent direct marketing by mail or email.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and applicable legal, accounting, operational, and compliance requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the category of information, the purpose for which it is processed, and applicable legal requirements.
Marketing suppression records may be retained as necessary to ensure that we continue to honor unsubscribe requests.
9. Security
We use physical, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process, including encrypted connections, payment-tokenization technologies, access controls, and security monitoring.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If we learn of a breach affecting personal information, we will provide notifications as required by applicable law.
Please do not email us sensitive information such as full payment card numbers or government identification numbers.
10. Notice at Collection for California Residents
In the preceding twelve months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:
Identifiers: Name, address, email, telephone number, IP address, cookie identifiers, device identifiers, and similar identifiers.
Customer records: Contact, account, payment-method, and transaction-related information.
Commercial information: Orders, products viewed, purchasing activity, membership information, and related commercial interactions.
Internet or network activity: Browsing activity, searches, product-filtering activity, page interactions, and other interactions with our Services.
Approximate geolocation: General location or region inferred from an IP address.

These categories are collected for the purposes described in Section 6 and from the sources described in Sections 3 through 5.
Certain identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and related event information may be disclosed to technology, analytics, or advertising providers, including Meta and Google.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under sixteen years of age.
11. Your California Rights and How to Exercise Them
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
Know and access. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you and certain information about how that information is collected, used, and disclosed.
Delete. Request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to applicable exceptions.
Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of sale and sharing. Direct us to stop selling or sharing personal information where applicable, including certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may exercise applicable rights by:

- Using applicable Cookie Preferences or privacy controls
- Enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser

Non-discrimination. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised applicable privacy rights.
How requests work. Submit privacy requests to info@houseplantdropship.com with the subject “California Privacy Request.”
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will respond within the periods required by applicable law.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, subject to applicable verification requirements.
12. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights, subject to the applicability of those laws.
You may submit applicable requests using the contact methods described in Section 11.
Where applicable law provides a right to appeal our decision concerning a privacy request, you may submit an appeal by responding to our decision or contacting us using the information provided in this Policy.
13. Do Not Track and Preference Signals
We honor applicable Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in Section 11.
Because there is no universally accepted standard for legacy “Do Not Track” browser signals, we do not separately respond to DNT unless required by applicable law.
14. Children
The Services are general-audience services and are not directed to children under thirteen.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@houseplantdropship.com, and we will address the request as appropriate.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under sixteen.
15. Mobile Application
We have not confirmed a current House Plant Dropship mobile application through the Shopify review performed in connection with this Policy.
Accordingly, this Policy does not represent that House Plant Dropship currently operates a mobile application or uses the previously referenced Vajro/Firebase technologies.
If House Plant Dropship operates or introduces a mobile application, we may update this Policy to describe the associated information practices.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time.
We will post the revised Policy with a new “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate, such as through a website notice or email.
The prior “Mobile App Privacy Policy” is superseded by this Policy.
