Our plants are shipped in custom boxes to ensure a healthy delivered plant. Our plants are procured from small tropical plant growers where quality is above all the biggest priority.
#1. Our plants are first picked from our greenhouses.
Our picking team loads our plants onto carts where then our packing team takes over.
#2. Our packing team prepares the plants for the shipments.
#3. Our packing team puts the shipments together.
If you have any custom branded boxes, tape, inserts, etc, please send them to us! We will use them for your orders.
We just ask that you only use these if you get MORE THAN 25 ORDERS PER DAY, as it gets hard to keep track of all the different boxes if your orders aren't coming in consistently enough.
